This weekend my Mister and I went to a wedding of a dear friend. To say we celebrated a little too hard is a bit of an understatement. But there you have it - everything in moderation.
The following day I decided to make up a batch of my delicious detox water - get those electrolytes pumping and then get rehydrated!
Ingredients:
1/2 Lemon
1/2 Lime
1Tbsp Mint
1/2 Cucumber (optional)
Cut up all your ingredients in small cubes and place them in the bottom of your pitcher. I wasn't in a cucumber mood, so I didn't include it.
Add some ice cold water, let the mixture chill for about 30 minutes and then enjoy! It's as simple as that!
